Hi Lilith, Well, that's my Windows 7 problem solved! After I had I manually installed all the fonts in the C:/Chessdiagrammer7/fonts directory, the main Chessdiagrammer application launched perfectly fine. I'm sorry I can't explain why there was a problem in the first place, but at least we all now know how to fix it if it happens again.  Thanks very much for your help! Cheers, ....Nick.... |

Hi Nick, it's fine that you could install the missing Chess Fonts and that Chessdiagrammer is running now properly! I just added a function in the Service Manager, that offers to install all missing fonts. Maybe this can help other users, if this problem occurs again.
