if you have problems with saving diagrams in other formats than bitmap [bmp], then the jangraphics.dll [this is the program that converts bmp into jpg/gif/png format] is not registered properly.

if you have windows xp installed on your machine, try this:

start -> run



in the "run" dialog, enter:

regsvr32.exe "c:\chessdiagrammer\janGraphics.dll"

where c:\chessdiagrammer must be replaced with the correct chessdiagrammer directory on your machine.
